This project was influenced by a Channel 4 Production Apprenticeship Scheme where applicants were asked what ‘diversity’ meant to them. I compiled this set of images using different coloured pencils and a video clip to denote varied perception of the term ‘diversity.’ Diversity holds varied meaning on individual basis hence this approach.

To me, diversity equals embrace, an embrace of all of the above thus the caption ‘diversity =’.
